LMC LF Polled Capitan 75/3 (P) was a favorite of judges during his show career which culminated in him being named as the Grand Champion of the 2024 “All American”. There is so much to like about this bull as he is moderate framed, sound footed, heavy structured, deep ribbed, beefy, long, level, and combines this all in an attractive dark pigmented and POLLED package. The dam to Capitan is what many consider to be our best cow, LMC LF Polled Spirit 185/7 (P). Polled Sprit is out of the 2016 Reserve International Champion Grey Female +LMC Polled Passion 55/4 and by the #1 most widely used polled sire in the breed +Mr. V8 279/7.
The sire to Capitan is +M2 BRC Captain 518/1 who has been one of the most widely used sires of the past four years with almost 775 registered offspring, Captain has sired numerous show ring winners of both Registered Brahman and American breed steers.
