-Cattle In Motion is not responsible for delays or missed bids due to interruptions in the live Broadcast or online only sales.

-The User agrees to pay the seller the price bid online if they are the winning bidder.

-Cattle In Motion is not responsible if a bid comes in late and is not recognized by the auctioneer, or for an online Only Auction if a bid is registered after a lot closes out.

-There are no guarantees written or implied about the broadcast by Cattle In Motion or the Seller.

-The user understands that THEIR internet connection as well as THEIR computer may affect the quality, speed, and delay of the broadcast and bidding

-The Auctioneer has 100% right to settle any and all disputes having to do with any live bids and bidding.

-Cattle In Motion reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
